Those who want to see noticeable fitness improvement should not miss out any exercises. All you need to exercise: a thermal mat, motivation and a love of winter.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Warm up <\/strong>before every workout<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose the number of exercises <\/strong>you want to practice, according to your abilities and the desired intensity<\/li>\n<li>Ideally start training about 3 months before a right angle, your thighs parallel to the floor<\/li>\n<li>Keep your back straight; the knees should not bend over the toes<\/li>\n<li>Relax<\/li>\n<li>Repeat the exercise as recommended according to
