Windsurfing Lessons for Beginners - Praia da Luz

Learn how to ride waves while taking advantage of the windpower. Praia da Luz is blessed by the well known Nortada, an offshore wind that provides excellent conditions for windsurfing. In this beginners' course, the experienced instructors of the Beach Hut will teach you all the basics.

Meeting & Preperation
We meet at our Beach Hut on Praia da Luz at the appointed time. There you meet your instructor and get the equipment. At that point, you already learn what you need to know about it as well as the theoretical basics of windsurfing. Ultimately, you can test your skills in the water.

Course Content
- Knowledge of equipment
- Learn how to start
- Control of the board, steering and tracking
- Learn to sail where you want to go and sail back to where you started in light winds
