Rider Mountain Bike Training for Teens & Adults

Ready to get serious about MTB? To improve your mountain biking skills, head for the Bike Park in Les Orres where our certified instructors will be there to help you learn or improve your mountain bike skills, always in a playful way. In small groups of up to 7 participants, there is no doubt that you will make progress at high speed!

Meeting & Preparation
We will meet at our office in Les Orres shortly before the start of the course at 9 am. There, you pick up your MTB and equipment before getting to know your instructor. Then the first class will start!

Course content
You will take advantage of your three or five half-days on the Bike Park to improve your downhill technique and gain confidence in mountain biking. At the end of the five days, you will have the opportunity to pass your "rockets" triggers" and the week will end in style with an award ceremony!
