Scuba Diving Course for Beginners - PADI Open Water Diver

Goal of the course
By obtaining the PADI Open Water Diver certification, you can not only dive to a depth of 18m, but you can also do so without supervision of a PADI professional, as long as you're accompanied by a Buddy with an equal-level certification. Moreover, this certification allows you to continue your scuba diving education by moving on to a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course if you wish to do so.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at the dive centre at the time stated in your booking confirmation. If you choose to complete the theoretical part of the course via eLearning, we will send you the access details in advance and will ask you to bring along the confirmation slip on the day of your first dive. In this case, you will begin the practical part of the course by meeting your instructor, trying on your gear and heading out to start your first confined water dive. Should you prefer taking the theory course on site, we will begin the course with the first theory lesson in our classroom.

Course content
- Day 1: 2 Theory Lessons + Practice in shallow water
- Day 2: 1 Theory Lesson + Practice in shallow water
- Day 3: 1 Theory Lesson + 2 Open Water Dives
- Day 4: 1 Theory Lesson + 2 Open Water Dives
Note: The order and length of the individual parts of the course can change and will be individually adapted by the instructor.
