In the PADI Sidemount Diver course, you'll find out what it feels like to carry the tank on your side instead of on your back and dive with two tanks at the same time. This allows you to be more flexible underwater, get through narrow openings and also helps you if you use up the air from a tank quickly or have back pain. Accompany our experienced team into our magical underwater world and discover a whole new underwater feeling while sidemount diving!
Goal of the course
During the PADI Sidemount Diver course, you will learn how to assemble, configure and use the appropriate equipment. You'll find out how to find the perfect balance underwater and how to handle two tanks. We will also discuss any potential problems you may encounter during sidemount diving.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our diving centre or pick you up at your hotel between Playa Paraiso and El Médano. We would pick you up between 8 am and 8.30 am, and bring you back at 3 pm. At our base, you will get to know your instructors and fill in the necessary forms. As soon as everyone is ready, we will start the course.
