Ski Lessons for Adults - First Timer

To start off skiing on the right foot, our ski lessons for adults in La Mongie are the ideal formula. In the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, you can't imagine a better place to take your first steps on skis.

Our ski lessons for adults are for those who have never skied before or who want a refresher session after having stopped skiing for a long time. During this 2-hour session on Sunday at noon, your experienced instructor will teach you the basics of skiing: snowplough position, finding your balance, confidently descending your first slope...

To offer optimal teaching conditions, our groups do not exceed 5 participants. This will allow your instructor to spend more time with everyone and make sure that the basics are acquired correctly. You will then be ready to train on the green slopes for the rest of your stay or continue with private lessons to continue to progress and gain confidence.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the ski lessons for adults.

Meeting Place
Our ski lessons for adults take place in the Mongie - Tourmalet area. A free shuttle bus connects it to the village centre. It is also possible to reach the meeting point by ski, by crossing a beginner's area (a ski pass is required).
