Trial Scuba Diving in Massif de l'Esterel from Fréjus

Holidays on the French Riviera would not be complete without seeing the wonders that lie beneath the surface of the Mediterranean Sea. With our trial scuba diving in Fréjus, you will live an unforgettable experience discovering the unique world of scuba diving. In the company of an experienced instructor, you will complete your first dive to a depth of 6 m. Discover brand-new sensations as you float underwater, and marvel at the reefs, fish and other crustaceans that inhabit the seabed of the Massif de l'Esterel, famous for its red rocks.

Dive Area
We choose the day's dive location based on the weather conditions and taking into consideration the levels of all the divers on the boat: our boat only makes one rotation per half-day and you will find yourself with divers of different experience. For the trial dive, we like going to the Lion de mer island (15 min by boat), where the sea bed descends gradually, or to the Cap Dramont. Rich and colourful fauna and flora awaits you on the spot, among them starfish, sea urchins and many species of fish.

Programme
24 to 48 hrs before the activity, we ask you to contact us so that we can confirm the trial dive and its schedule, depending on the weather conditions.

On the day, we meet at the agreed time at our base in Port Fréjus. Free and paid parking can be found nearby. All equipment is waiting for you directly on our boat, where you can also change and store your personal belongings. Then, we set off for the dive site. Once there, your instructor will help you with equipment and then you take turns diving one-on-one with the instructor. The dive lasts 20 min. If you have chosen the option for two people, the dive lasts 30 min.
