Trial Scuba Diving in Saint-Raphaël Bay from Fréjus

We invite you to the magnificent bay of Saint-Raphaël, for a unique diving experience in the Mediterranean! You have the choice between a classic trial scuba diving if you want to dive directly in the sea, or three introductory sessions including a dive in the pool and two dives in the sea to perfect your diving technique. From 8 years old, our certified instructors will accompany you in a safe environment to start in perfect conditions. This activity will give children or novices the taste and confidence for future underwater experiences.

Dive Areas
We take you to an island of the bay of Saint-Raphaël, depending on the weather conditions. Both spots are red rock islands characteristic of the Estérel massif which offers fabulous marine and terrestrial landscapes because of their preserved environment. Both spots are suitable for a first dive in the sea because of their shallow depths.
Île d'Or island is located opposite the pebble beach of Dramont, one of the beaches of the American landing in Provence. This diving spot is close to the shore, and faces a rare blue magmatic pebble beach offering you an exceptional view with unique contrasts.
Lion de Mer island is sheltered from the wind. Underwater, you can admire the flowering corals on the walls as well as two underwater statues: the Virgin and the Mermaid.

Programme
We will meet directly at the campsite "La plage d'Argens" where our base is located. There, you will be taken care of by your instructor who will give you the safety instructions, provide you with the equipment and explain you how to use it. Our boat can accommodate up to 22 people, so while your buddies dive successively into the water, we provide snorkeling equipment to enhance your experience.

1 Dive: we will accompany you by boat to the dive spot, depending on the weather. On the spot, you will dive once for 15 minutes one on one with an instructor who will guide you and give you the explanations.

3 Dives: you will start with a first dive in the pool at our base to get familiar with the equipment and the exercices. After the second introductory dive, we take you by boat to the planned dive spot depending on the weather. There, you will dive twice for 15 minutes with your certified instructor.
