6km Kayak & Canoe Hire on the Tarn River - Adventure Tour

Our 6 km kayak and canoe hire on the Tarn river is full of surprises! Thanks to its many rapids, you will not have time to get bored. This trip in the heart of the Tarn Gorges will give you the opportunity to see landscapes that you will not soon forget. Between authentic villages and unique rock formations, you will not know where to turn. Paddle at your own pace and take time to admire the scenery during your stops on the river's beaches: you can keep the canoe for the whole day.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
The meeting point is at our base in Mostuéjouls, 20 minutes before the booked time (in April and May, we meet at the B&B Le Soleilo, in the centre of the village). We will drive you to the starting point of our course at Le Mas de La Font, where your equipment will be provided (life jacket, waterproof container, canoe and paddle). You will then be given a short introduction on how to use your equipment.
- Tour:
On board your canoe, you will first pass the semi-troglodyte village of Églazines. Opposite the village, you will see the impressive Capluc and Cinglegros rocks, which are must-sees in the region. On the way down, you will also pass by the village of Saint-Marcellin. Throughout the adventure, you can stop at one of the river's beaches for a swim or a picnic in a wild setting.
- Return:
At the end of the tour, you will return to the base, where your vehicle is waiting for you.
