Adult Snowboarding Lessons for Beginners - Kitzsteinhorn-Kaprun

With the help of our adult snowboarding lessons for beginners in Kaprun switching from skis to a board becomes a piece of cake. Or maybe you are new to winter sports altogether, we gladly help you explore the wonderful world of snowboarding in Salzburg's highest ski area.

In this course, we focus on the basic techniques needed to descend your first easy slopes. This includes slide slipping, stopping and the right stance. Slowly, you start making your first turns in the snow. In a small group of adults of the same level, you quickly learn whilst spending time in a convivial atmosphere.

The Zell am See-Kaprun area guarantees fresh snow on the many easy and wide blue slopes, perfect for those new to the sport. Your qualified snowboard instructor selects the right runs for the groups and shares valuable tips to improve your abilities.

Meeting Time
We meet 10 minutes before the course starts at our meeting point.

If there are less than 5 participants, the lessons will be shortened to a half-day course.

Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can conveniently pick it up at our ski school office. We recommend picking up your equipment 30 minutes before the start of the lessons or the day before from 4 pm to 6 pm in our rental shop.

Ski pass
All snowboarders need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or at the ski school before the first lesson.

Please note that the participants have to show their ski school ticket at the meeting point. You can pick up the ticket until 1 hour before the lesson starts from the Ski Dome II Langwiedboden.
