Mental skills which can be learned, trained and automated are:

- Dealing with emotions - Self-talk
- Self-confidence - Motivation
- Mind control - Competition preparation
A sequence of mental training lasts about 8 - 15 sessions of about 60 minutes. These sessions are usually scheduled every two weeks. During the initial consultation, practical arrangements for transparent cooperation are discussed.
All performance influencing issues can be discussed such as:
Devotion, concentration, state of tension, breathing, fear of failure, not reaching training level in competitions, failure in decisive moment under pressure, stress related problems, traumas (e.g. after falls or injuries).
The minimum number of sessions is three, 60 minutes each.
All sessions can take place from 08.00h - 21.00h, Monday - Friday.
Weekends on request.
