"The sailboat trip The dock where the sailboat was waiting us was only a few minutes away from our hotel, but the parking in the morning was proved to be difficult. However, captain Anthony was forgiving, and received my daughter and me with a friendly smile. Altogether there were 7 passengers on this excursion. After a short conversation, we opted for a tour across the Bay of Palma. The weather was ideal with air temperature around 22’C and water of 17’C. As we left the dock, the captain adjusted the sails, and soon we were sailing across the deep dark-green water enjoying the view of the shoreline and the endless sight of the Balearic Sea. Captain Antony explained to us some important parts of the ship, and for our request, he told us about his travels and experiences around the Mediterranean Sea. At one point, he allowed two guests to hold the steering wheel and feel the movements and necessary direction-adjustment of the ship. Close to the opposite shore of the Bay, the captain anchored the boat on the top of a sand hill, and we could get into the water and swim. Two paddle-boards with paddles were also available. The cool salty seawater was a great experience; one needed less energy to swim. On board again, the captain offered warm food he cooked in a pan, and nuts and cookies with drinks as a refreshment that we enjoyed homewards with the perfect weather and beautiful sights. Captain Antony also sent us a few photos that he had taken of us during this trip. The sailboat adventure was one of our top experiences in Mallorca. We thank him for this unforgettable trip. I highly recommend to include such a trip with Yeti in everybody’s Mallorca travel plan."
