Everyone in the team- Nuno, Fernanda, Fabio and Melanie - was super attentive and went the extra mile accommodating my personal requests. They made sure the experience wasn't just about achieving the goal of certification but also having fun! In particular, my instructor Fabio was AWESOME, he had the super power of making you cheerfully (and safely of course!) take on seemingly scary exercises and perform to a standard you didn't even know you could. "Great thanks to Julio for the pool diving and Frederico for the sea diving!!! It was really great. I think the day beforehand to practise in the pool was very useful, especially as it was my first time diving. The equipment was also explained to you there and a lot of patience was practised if you need a moment longer in some places. The dive itself was great. As I felt like I had to surface in the pool after 5 minutes at the latest, I had a little (a lot of) respect for it. But the supervision was just great and you could sort of hang on to the instructor's arm and let yourself glide. My fellow diver was braver and also dived more independently, so there was something for everyone. In the end, I was underwater for 35 minutes and survived everything perfectly."
