He did a fantastic job of making our first via ferrata trip fun, safe, and informative. He was a wealth of information about the local area and other things to explore and do, and also provided history of the area and the via ferrata trails.
He also did a very good job of explaining the equipment and not just the rules of how to climb safely, but the "why" of what we were doing, along with providing tips on how to do it more comfortably and what to expect if we want to do it ourselves."

"We were traveling with three adults and four children aged between 10 and 14 and were thrilled with the Gumpenfieber tour. We felt very safe and well looked after by our tour guide Jan.
In the midst of wonderful nature, we hiked through great gorges and had to master several challenges:
Brave jumps, natural slides and waterfalls where you are abseiled down. In short: lots of moments that you will never forget.
Everything was perfectly prepared by the organizer and Jan.
So: Absolutely recommended for every Lake Garda vacation."
