"We found that our instructor, John was not only extremely patient, understanding and efficient, but his many years of experience made him the ideal instructor for us. The boys gained confidence even on tricky slopes under his instruction and developed their ability to ski very quickly as a result. We were impressed with the fact that the time lost due to unforeseen circumstances were added into the afternoon session, for which we are grateful. He really adapted to the group and everyone's abilities, taking us that little but further each day, but still within our capabilities and strengths.
