PADI Scuba Diver Course at Lia Beach in Mykonos for Beginners

You really want to learn how to dive, but don't have much time? Then the PADI Scuba Diver course in Mykonos is just right for you. In 2 half days you will learn the correct use of the equipment, the basic safety rules for diving and also make your first dives. The waters around Lia Beach and Mykonos with their crystal clear water are ideal for beginners, as good visibility under water and little current is guaranteed.

For this course you do not need any previous knowledge and is suitable for beginners. Under the supervision of experienced instructors, you will have the opportunity to dive in the crystal clear waters around Mykonos. Our team knows the best diving spots for beginners and knows exactly how you can record quick successes. You will receive an e-learning access from PADI (not included in the price, to be paid on site or online), which you will have to work through in advance in order to participate in the practical part of the course.
The course is already part of the Open Water Diver course, so it is possible for you to complete the Open Water Diver course in a shortened time after the Scuba Diver course.

Programme

- eLearning:
You don't need any previous diving experience, except for the e-learning course: you must have already completed the e-learning in advance to participate in the practical part of the course. You will be sent the link to the correct course after booking. You can easily buy the e-learning material directly online. Please bring the certificate for the completed online course to the dive center on the first day.

- Kick-off:
We will meet at the dive center at Lia Beach in Mykonos at the booked time. If you arrive by car, there is plenty of free parking available on site. At our centre, you will have to fill a Medical Form that will allow you to participate in the activity. In the case of any health issue, a doctor's permission is also required. Afterwards you will get a safety briefing and your high quality diving equipment. During these dives you will learn how to handle the equipment and get to know the new situation in the water better. We attach great importance to your safety, therefore there is a maximum of 4 participants per guide in the group. After the first dive we will have a break and then we will do the second dive (depending on the weather conditions it can also take place on the 2nd day). After completing the course you will be authorized to dive up to 12 meters deep. At the end of the day we return to the base to clean our equipment. If you are looking for a well-deserved refreshment after diving, there is a restaurant directly at Lia Beach.
