This was followed by 3 text messages and 2 emails with information, even including directions from our holiday resort to the event location. On the day itself we had a very relaxed guide (Patrik) who was calm and fun with us. We had a relaxing time on the water. Being able to float through a rapid and jump into the water yourself was great too!
