5-Day Surf Course on Mimizan Beach for Beginners

Discover the symbolic sport of the Landes and surf on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean! Our surfing lessons on Mimizan beach will allow you to become a surfing pro in no time! During the whole course, you will stay with the same group of people and the same instructor, who will be able to follow you throughout your progress. Thanks to the small group of 8 people maximum, you will be able to benefit from personalised advice.

Meeting & Preparation
We will meet you at our base in Mimizan, 20 minutes before the start of the activity. The actual start time will be confirmed with our school. Once you arrive, we will give you the necessary equipment and you can change in our changing rooms. After a quick theory lesson on the beach, we can finally get into the water! The instructor will adapt the session according to your level.

Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The start time of the lesson will be available the day before.

Surfing beginners at our school are typically able to:
- After 1 day: stand on the board
- After 3 days: catch small waves
- After 5 days: take turns and move safely in the ocean according to the currents
Please note that everyone's learning progress is different as some people learn quicker than others.
