Snorkeling Trip at Capo Rosso from Cargèse

Dive into the Corsican seabed with our snorkeling trip to Capo Rosso from Cargèse. After boarding the boat, we will head north to the most famous cape on the island of Beauty for a 45-minute snorkeling stop. Then we will get back on the boat to discover some natural wonders of the cape: first, we will go to a cave, then to the arch, so that you can admire the red rocks, typical of Capo Rosso, from closer.

Once we arrive at our second destination, we will put on our flippers and mask, and dive into the water again, for a 30-minute stop to look for schools of Mediterranean Chromis! We will also take along some immersible explanatory plates so that you can identify the different aquatic species. Finally, after 3 hours on the water, we will return to the port of Cargèse.

Snorkeling site
We will make two dives around Capo Rosso. The seabed of the cape is particularly interesting, thanks to its reddish rock and the great diversity of its fauna and flora. Indeed, you will meet many fishes, each one more beautiful than the other: among them, you will be able to count sea urchins, groupers, saddled seabream or Mediterranean chromis.

Programme
We will meet you at the port of Cargèse 15 minutes before the start of the trip. You will find free parking near the port. When everyone is gathered, we will equip you and explain how to use the equipment. Then we will board the boat. After 3 hours of boat ride and snorkelling, we will return to the port of Cargèse.

A minimum number of participants in total is required for the trip to take place. Therefore, we advise you to organise the activity towards the beginning of your stay, so that we can reorganise it later if the minimum is not reached.
