Here you will find the Roman bridge of the Orrido di Nesso and two streams flowing past a small waterfall, creating a very picturesque atmosphere. Among the most famous historical villas, we recommend Villa Balbianello and its terraced gardens, which hosts private events such as weddings and ceremonies. Other villas overlooking the lake are also worth a stop, such as Villa d'Este and Villa Oleandra, the latter made famous for being the summer residence of actor George Clooney.
