Take-off area
The take-off area is in Cat Village, a hidden gem which is a lesser-known and about 20 km away from the crowded Goreme. At this location, a maximum of 6 balloons raise to the sky, allowing for an intimate and authentic flight.

The panorama can be admired from a maximum height of 600 meters, allowing for a low-level flight, ideal for discovering the scenery below, which is covered in cave dwellings and pigeon nests carved into rocks.

Ride programme
- Before take-off:
Start early, before dawn, with your hotel pick up. Take a short drive to Cat Village, a village close to the Goreme Open Air Museum. Upon arrival at the take-off site, meet your pilots and listen to a detailed briefing. Enter the balloon’s basket, and take off.
- During the ride:
Once you've taken off, you can see the mountainous area from above, enjoy the panoramic flight and ask the pilot questions about the local geography. The pilot will be happy to explain what you are seeing from above. Soak in breathtaking views over the lunar-like landscape. Watch the sunrise in the sky, as its light reflects on the rocks. After an hour in the air, we will descend.
- After landing:
As you touch down, you will be greeted with a glass of champagne. Celebrate your milestone flight and take home a personalized certificate to remember this experience forever.
