Private Ski Lessons for Kids (from 3 y.) and Adults for All Levels - Vienna (Hohe Wand Wiese)

These private ski lessons are designed for children starting from 3 years old, teenagers, and adults—ranging from absolute beginners to skiers who already have experience and want to specifically improve their technique. Since the instruction is individual, our ski instructors tailor the program exactly to the age, skill level, learning pace, and personal goals of each person.

For beginners, learning happens step-by-step: from basic preliminary exercises necessary to learn the fundamentals, through a gradual introduction to skiing, all the way to the first controlled descents. Special emphasis is placed on proper ski technique, coordination, balance, and safety. For experienced skiers, the focus is on the analysis and targeted improvement of ski technique, correcting mistakes, achieving better ski control, as well as a safe and technically clean skiing style.

During the lessons, we also incorporate varied practical exercises and playful elements, especially for kids. They foster motivation and are part of a structured learning process. The great advantage of private lessons is the full attention of the ski instructor for one person. This allows us to specifically work on certain skills, continuously correct the technique, and individually adjust the learning pace.

The ski school is located in the 14th district of Vienna, allowing you to learn how to ski or improve your technique directly within the city. We are easily accessible via public transport. The lessons take place on an innovative synthetic ski surface, designed to closely match the properties and feel of skiing on real snow. For experienced skiers, this surface also offers the opportunity to practice precise carving turns. Thanks to this synthetic surface, you can learn to ski, train, and improve your technique independently of snow and snow conditions.

Meeting Time
If you rent ski equipment: Please come 30 minutes before the start of the lesson to the ski rental Ötscher Hohe Wand Wiese. This time is needed to select the appropriate equipment and fit it correctly.
If you bring your own ski equipment: We meet 5 minutes before the start of the lesson directly at the practice area. Please arrive already fully equipped and ready for the lesson, so that we can start on time.

Equipment Rental
If you do not have your own ski equipment, please add the rental equipment to your cart during booking. The ski rental costs €15 per day and includes skis, ski poles, ski boots, and a helmet. The rented ski equipment is intended for use during the lesson only.

Ski pass
The ski pass is included and does not have to be purchased separately.

Bring Along
The clothing should be comfortable, warm, and waterproof, and offer sufficient freedom of movement.
- Waterproof ski clothing: ski jacket and ski pants
- High ski socks
- Fleece jacket or warm sweater (we recommend the "onion principle" / layering)
- Gloves
- Ski goggles
- Sun protection if needed

- For participants arriving by car, there are free parking spaces available directly on site.
