Tandem Paragliding above Cirque de Mafate - Maïdo

Experience the paragliding flight of your life above the magical landscapes of the Cirque de Mafate! Discover the beauty of the centre of Reunion Island: from the remparts (vertiginous cliffs) of the circus over the various îlets (plateaus isolated by ravines) to the volcano Piton des Neiges, a unique mountain panoramic view will spread below your feet. You can enjoy this exceptional flight even on your first paragliding flight, provided you are in a good physical condition: the departure requires a safe foot and the duration cannot be shortened. This mountain flight is subject to weather conditions, so make sure to place your booking at the beginning of your stay in case of any possible postponement.

Tour programme
- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet next to the turtle farm "Kélonia" in Saint-Leu. We will wait for you next to our easily recognizable shuttle.
- Start and Flight:
We will drive together to Maido, one of the peaks of the Cirque de Mafate. An easy 20-minute walk awaits you to reach the take-off site, at 2,000 m above sea level. During the flight, you can admire the mountainous landscapes of the heart of Reunion Island. After approximately one hour of flight, , you will land gently at Saint-Paul beach or the Rivière des Galets (the decision will be taken during the flight depending on weather conditions).
