Surfing Lessons - Petite Chambre d'Amour Beach - Low Season

Enjoy an exceptional setting to take your first surf lessons or improve your skills just below the Biarritz lighthouse. With Rainbow Surf School, based on the Petite Chambre d'Amour beach, you are in good hands: its certified instructors will guide you with passion and expertise for courses in a safe and friendly atmosphere. In small groups of 8 people of similar age and level, you are guaranteed to make rapid progress. Whether you want to do a single session, come forthe weekend to learn the basics or participate in a five-day course to become a real pro, we look forward to seeing you!

Meeting & Preparation
The starting time varies daily depending on the tide. We kindly ask you to arrive 15min before the scheduled time of your first lesson directly at our cabin. You will meet our team, who will provide you with the equipment adapted to your age and level, and you can change on site. Then we will only have to take a few steps to reach the beach and the ocean. At the end of the lesson, you will have the opportunity to rent equipment if you wish to continue to improve what you just learned.

Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available one week in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

Course Content
Each course lasts 1.5h and consists of:
- Theory session on the beach
- The right warm-up
- Practice on the beach
- Practice in the sea
