Easy Self-Guided Rafting on the Drau River - Country Tour

Be your own captains for one day and experience your personal raft adventure amidst the natural beauty of the Drau Valley. Between Dellach and Sachsenburg, you will follow the meanders of the Drau in one of our high-quality rental rafts and enjoy your time right in the middle of the fantastic natural landscape. The leisurely pace of the river provides pure relaxation and paddling becomes an entertaining experience for young and old.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
At the agreed time, we'll meet at the train station in Dellach, where the equipment will be handed over to you. Please note that only a limited number of parking spaces are available, which is why we recommend arriving by train. Before you start, we will give you some safety instructions and tips and explain what to be aware of on the river. You can also store your things in a waterproof dry bag. Now that nothing stands in the way of your adventure, you can board the boat equipped with paddles and river map.
- Tour:
On the way to Sachsenburg, you are your own captains: you can paddle, float and simply enjoy the surroundings. If you want, you can stop in between to explore the beautiful bays, go for a swim or take advantage of one of the BBQ areas along the way.
- Arrival:
The route ends at the campsite in Sachsenburg, where we pick up the equipment at around 5 pm. From the end of the tour, you can walk back to the train station in Sachsenburg in about 10 minutes.
