Canoe "Adventure" - Descenso del Sella

Our canoe tour along the Sella River is one of the most fun activities you can find in Asturias. Experience the perfect combination of fun, action and beautiful surroundings and enjoy the adventure together with your friends or family. For your tour you can choose from several tour lengths, so you can adapt your tour perfectly to the level of your group. Whether you want to paddle with your children through the currents of the Sella, refine your teamwork with your partner, or test your stamina, we have the perfect tour for your level. Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at our base in Ribadesella at least half an hour before the start of your tour. Here you get the complete equipment, which is included in the price. You can then change your clothes in one of our changing rooms, where you can also store your valuables. You will also get a backpack from us where you can take a few things with you on the tour and where we can also store your picnic if you have booked one. Afterwards we bring you with our car to the starting point of the tour. Here we will explain the activity to you, point out the safety regulations and inform you about the end point of the tour, where we will pick you up again.
- Tour:
Depending on which tour you choose, you will spend between 2 and 4 hours on the water. Here you will experience the full enjoyment of your aquatic experience, paddling between wild ducks and salmon and admiring the breathtaking environment that surrounds you during the tour.
- Arrival:
At the end of the tour we will pick you up with our car, which will take you back to our base. Here you hand in your equipment and can take a shower afterwards.

Tour facts
- River: Río Sella (Difficulty level: Class I-II)
- Description: due to its light current the tour is perfect for all ages. It is the flora and fauna that make this tour a real pleasure.
There are 3 exit points at the river to choose from:
- Arriondas to Puente de Toraño (7,5km)
- Arriondas to Llordón (12km)
- Arriondas to Puente de San Ramón en Llovio (16km)
- Total duration: 2 - 4 hours
- Time on the river: 1,5 - 3,5h
