What to Expect

Give your child the gift of a personalized skiing experience with our private ski lessons for kids, tailored for ages 7 to 13 and all levels. Set amidst the stunning Rila Mountains, Borovets—Bulgaria’s oldest ski resort—provides an inspiring mix of scenic beauty and top-tier facilities, with over 58 kilometers of slopes perfect for learning and advancing skiing skills. Our lessons begin with a warm welcome from our dedicated instructors, who engage kids in a fun and encouraging environment. Beginners are guided through the essentials of skiing, from learning to control their equipment to making those first turns on gentle nursery slopes, building balance and confidence. Intermediate and advanced young skiers will enjoy focused instruction on improving their technique, from parallel skiing to tackling steeper terrain. The one-on-one structure of private lessons ensures each child gets personalized attention to grow at their own pace.

Throughout the session, children have the opportunity to explore Borovets’ varied ski areas with their instructor. From the broad, welcoming slopes at Sitnyakovo to the more challenging trails of Yastrebets, every run adds to their learning experience. These lessons are crafted to be an exciting adventure, where young skiers build skills, gain confidence, and make lasting winter memories. Parents can relax, knowing their child is in expert hands, safely developing a love for skiing and the mountains.

Meeting Time

On the first day, we meet at our ski school 15 minutes before the beginning of the lesson. From the second day onwards, we meet directly at the slopes.

Equipment Rental

If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Parents do not need a ski pass to pick up their kids

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Depending on the hours you want to book, you can also choose a different starting time. Simply let us know via the Checkyeti chatroom after having completed your booking.
