5-Day Liveaboard Scuba Diving - PADI Open Water Diver

Learn scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef during a 5-day liveaboard adventure. With the help of knowledgeable instructors in the dive centre in Cairns, you will become a certified diver and receive a PADI Open Water Diver certification. Moreover, scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef is globally known for being one of the most suitable places to learn how to dive. There are 19 high-qualified dive sights which are a guarantee to discover a new environment and its wildlife with each dive. To participate in this course, you don't need any previous experience in scuba diving. It is a great way how to start diving, learn the basics and feel confident in the open water. The course consists of two parts: 2 days in pool and classroom training in Cairns and 3 days on an Outer Great Barrier Reef liveaboard trip. During scuba diving in Cairns, you will learn the theory in the first two days of your course. Our diving centre has 2 large, 4 meters deep heated pools, bathrooms, changing rooms as well as conditioned classrooms. The remaining three days, we will spend on the spacious vessel where you will complete 9 dives on the great barrier reef (including 1-night dive) mastering the practical skills. On our vessel, you will sleep in of the 16 cabins, receive freshly prepared meals and be able to use all the facilities of the boat.

The 5 Day Liveaboard Scuba Diving - PADI Open Water Diver qualifies you to: - dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters/60 feet - plan and execute dives with a certified buddy - rent or buy diving equipment worldwide - On-site theory lecture: There are two 3-hours theory sessions which finish with an internal exam. All the lectures take place in the dive centre classrooms and are held by a professional instructor. - Kick-off: We will pick you up from your accommodation and also provide the return transfer in the afternoon. Once you will be at our dive centre our staff will check you in and give you the necessary paperwork to fill in, including the PADI Medical Statement. We will provide you with the necessary equipment for the duration of the whole course. Your first theory session will start right in our dive centre where you will begin to learn the basic scuba diving in Cairns.
