If you are looking for a personalized surf session to be able to focus more on your technique and improve in no time, our private surf lessons in Vila Nova de Milfonte are the right choice for you. Our highly experienced and certified instructors will make you discover the best surfing spots in one of the most beautiful Atlantic coastlines of Southern Europe.

We offer lessons for both adults and children from the age of 6 years old. Our classes are designed for beginners who want to discover this amazing sport and lifestyle, but also for intermediate and advanced surfers who want to bring their skills to the next level. We will choose the beach depending on your level and on the tides.

If you choose a 4-hour lesson, we will break the intensive course into 2 sessions, usually one in the morning and one in the afternoon. During the second lesson, you will be able to practice what you learned in the water. We will take some pictures and make some videos of you surfing and you will then analyse them with your instructor, who will correct your technique and your movements. In between the 2 sessions, we will have a break to relax, have a snack, drink some coffee and chill together on the beach. See you soon!

Meeting & Preparation
On the day of your surf lesson, come to our base 15 minutes before the start. Here you will meet your instructor and you will receive the surfing equipment. If you arrive by car, there is a free car park near the base. We also offer free pick-up service from and to Vila Nova de Milfonte. We will then head to the beach with our van, in which you can get changed and leave your personal belongings.

Start time
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

- Theory session on the beach: safety information and surf etiquette
- Warm-up with yoga sequences
- Practice on the beach: how to lay and stand up on the board
- Paddling and take off technique
- Practice in the sea
