What to Expect

Our private snowboarding lessons for kids from 5 years old and adults of all levels, are the perfect choice if you want to learn or improve your snowboarding skills. Nestled in the picturesque Apennine mountains, the Roccaraso ski resort offers an ideal setting with a wide variety of slopes catering to all skill levels. With a group size of maximum 5 people, our dedicated instructors ensure personalised attention, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

The lesson begins with an introduction to basic techniques for beginners, focusing on mastering balance and learning fundamental movements. This foundation is crucial in building confidence on the board. Intermediate snowboarders will delve into carving techniques and navigating steeper slopes, refining their skills to handle diverse terrains. Our expert instructors will provide feedback to enhance your turning precision and control, ensuring a smooth and safe ride down the slopes.

Advanced participants will challenge themselves on more demanding runs, perfecting dynamic turns and advanced manoeuvres. Our lessons cater to all ages and abilities, ensuring both kids and adults feel comfortable and accomplished. Roccaraso's extensive network of slopes, coupled with its breathtaking scenery, makes it a fantastic destination for snowboarders. These lessons are perfect for families and individuals looking to enhance their skills in a supportive environment.

Meeting Time

We meet at our ski school in the Pizzalto area, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

All participants, apart from first timers, need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office

Requirements

• Minimum age: 5 years

• Experience is not required

Bring Along

• Ski pass

• Warm outdoor clothing; layers are recommended

• Gloves

• Goggles

• Warm socks, including an extra pair

• Snowboard equipment and helmet

Good to Know

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly

• Please note that one hour of a lesson is considered to be 55 minutes
