"Due to the actions of the bus driver, we arrived in Winterberg more than an hour later than agreed. As a result, we were late for the group snowboarding lesson. When I called the Skischule Züschen, they were very friendly and cooperative. They came to pick us up by car and offered us 1.5 hours of private lessons instead of 2.5 hours of group lessons. We were so very happy with this and the lesson given by ski instructor Hendrik was absolutely great! He was friendly,patient and great fun with my 10 year old son! It was also not super busy, so we had plenty of space to practice, which is very nice for a beginner. Afterwards you can enjoy a nice and cozy meal in the restaurant next to the ski slope."
