SUP Lessons Beginner and Advanced at Riegsee

This course is for beginners who have never stood on a board before or advanced participants who want to learn how to paddle better. Course programme The course starts with the theoretical part. Here we cover the topics of materiel and meteorology as well as safety and environmental protection. You will also learn a lot about paddling techniques. Then comes the practical part. After you have received an introduction to the basics of the SUP technique, you will continue on the water. Here you will learn the basic paddle stroke, simple turning techniques and how to stand safely on the board. If you want to use your acquired skills during free paddling afterwards, you are welcome to spend another hour on the water.
