great teacher!
Between the group we’ve all had a number of instructors and Coco was superb, he was very good at finding alternative ways to explains thing or suggest alternative strategies. He also dealt with corrections appropriately rather than flooding us with information and trying to do too much at once
10/10 experience. Our instructor was incredible. We're intermediate snowboarders and he took us on red and black, tweaking technique and suggesting improvements and it really paid off. Riding massively improved within a 3 hour session.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
The lessons are for anyone aged 7 years and older.
