At the meeting point for snowboarders, opposite to the ski school (Warth 77a, 6767 Warth)
The explanation was clear, and the instructor, Marit, was very friendly. I felt like I picked up snowboarding quickly!
We had a fantastic course with a super motivated instructor who taught us snowboarding with great enthusiasm! Great training with fantastic results after just 2 hours! Absolutely recommended for anyone who has always wanted to try snowboarding!
Very nice
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
Yes, these lessons are suitable for both kids and adults of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced rider, the instructors will adapt to your abilities.
On the first day, the meeting point is 20 minutes before the start of the lessons at the designated spot for snowboarders, opposite the ski school office.
All children are supervised during the lunch break, and this supervision is included in the price. You can book lunch and a drink for an additional €18 per day, or you can pick up your children for the break.
The course duration depends on the number of participants. With 4 or more participants, the course lasts 4 hours. For 3 participants it's 3 hours, for 2 it's 2 hours, and for 1 participant it's 1 hour.
Beginners will be introduced to the basics, such as gliding and finding the right stance, and will make their first descents on blue slopes. Advanced boarders can work on techniques, freeriding, and freestyling.
