Meeting & Preparation
We will meet you in front of the Restaurant Le Bleu in Leucate. You will then be provided with the necessary equipment and will be able to change. Then, we will go into the water!
Course Content
After a short safety briefing and explanation of the activity, we will learn the basics of stand up paddling, including proper posture, paddling techniques and how to turn.
