Stand Up Paddleboarding Lessons for Beginners

Stand up paddling is the ideal activity to evolve on the water without effort... or almost! Standing on a board, you paddle on a calm water body and enjoy the freedom that the board gives you, while admiring the scenery! To master the technique and make the most of this activity, we offer a 1-hour course to learn the basics and then evolve independently in complete safety. With your qualified instructor and the other participants (up to 8 per group), you will undoubtedly have a great time! Meeting & Preparation We meet directly at the school. Then you will reach the beach where you will meet your instructor. The material will be provided before the beginning of the course. Course Content During 1h, you will learn the basics of stand up paddle, including safety rules, respect for the environment, good posture, paddling techniques and how to take a turn.
