Ready to test your balance and discover the breathtaking waters around Barcelona and Badalona from a unique angle? Our kayak course is your gateway to mastering the art of kayaking. Guided by our expert instructors, you'll learn essential techniques and safety practices to confidently explore the sea on your own. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our course is designed for all levels who love adventure, sunshine, and the ocean.
Meeting & Preparation
We will meet at our base 10 minutes before the course starts. Before going into the water, it is important that you apply sun cream and store your personal belongings in our base. Then we hand out the equipment and the action can begin!
Course Content
- Theory session on the beach (Safety, Equipment, Oceanography)
- Proper warm up
- Right paddling technique
- Correct posture on the board
- For advanced: dealing with more difficult waves, tricks on the board
