Scuba Diving Course for Beginners - PADI Scuba Diver

The PADI Scuber Diver is perfect for those who want to start learning how to dive. After completing this course, you will be allowed to dive to a depth of up to 12 meters with trained instructors. You can also take this course into account if you want to become an Open Water Diver. This course is open to all ages 10 and older, but children between the ages of 10 and 14 being awarded the Junior Scuba Diver certificate. From our trained and experienced instructors you will receive a theory session and a series of practice dives both in calm shallow water and in the open sea. Start your career as an autonomous diver together with CID Lanzarote. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Goal of the course
After the course you will know important theoretical contents about equipment and behaviour under water and how it feels to breathe under water. You will also be awarded the (Junior) Scuba Diver certificate, which is credited to your Open Water Diver course and entitles you to dive up to 12 meters in depth accompanied by a professional diver.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet 10 minutes before the booked time in our base, where you first get to know your diving instructor. Before we go into the cold water, your instructor will explain you important things about the equipment and the right behaviour under water. After we have given you the suitable equipment, we drive with our company car to the beach Playa Chica, where we find perfect conditions for your first dive. Then the fun can begin.

Course content
- Day 1: 2 Theory Lessons + Practice in confined water
- Day 2: Theory Lesson + 1 Open Water Dive
Note: The order and length of the individual parts of the course can change and will be individually adapted by the instructor.
