Experience the sensation of flying by paragliding in Bjelopolje in central Croatia. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the scenic Croatian countryside as you glide across Lik-Senj County, famous for the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Tour programme- Meeting & Preparation:
If you come by car, there is free parking at meeting point in Bjelopolje near Korenica, the region of Lika. Please come at least 15 min in advance. Alternatively, we offer a free pick-up service from Zagreb for 2 or more people which will be arranged after completed booking (please note that if there is only one customer, we charge €70 for the pick-up service). From there, we will drive to the take-off point at 1203 m together. The meeting point is the same location as our landing site. Your friends and family can wait for you at the landing site while watching you glide through the sky.
- Start and Flight:
Before the actual flight, your paragliding pilot will brief you about safety and explain what you have to do before, during and after the flight. Once comfortably seated, it's time to fly. You'll run only a few meters before taking off to the sky. From now on, you can fully enjoy the panoramic views over the endless green park and the sound of roaring waterfalls. Your time in the air will be captured on camera during the flight, so put a smile on your face!
- After Landing:
After approx. 30 min in the sky, it's time to set your feet again to the earth. Your pilot will gradually descent to 592m and land smoothly with you at the landing spot.
Note: Paragliding activity is strongly dependent on the weather conditions, thus the time/location of your flight might be changed to ensure your safety and best experience.
