Ideal for the family trip. Breath taking views.
Everything they said it would be. The boat was on time, staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed the experience. My daughter loved watching the fish through the glass bottom windows.
Well, honestly, it was awful. I knew it was going to be overcrowded, but I thought it might have some charm. The crew was only busy selling things at the bar. Suddenly, the boat stopped in the middle of the sea, and all the tourists jumped in like crazy, without any announcement over the PA or anywhere else about where we were in the activity. It didn't stop at the cove we were going to visit because of the rough seas and stopped somewhere else. The underwater viewing windows were small and dirty; don't expect to see much. To top it all off, there are several identical docks, and we didn't know that. We got off at the wrong one because they don't announce the stops, and after we pointed it out, the boat was 5 meters from the dock and didn't stop! I called the agency, and they told me to figure it out myself, that there were buses. In short, it felt like the law of the jungle: negligence on the part of the crew and the company, and since they fill all the tourist boats, they don't care. I don't recommend it.
