SSI Open Water Diver Course in Pula for Beginners

Taking the next step and starting a lifelong and worldwide adventure of scuba diving in Croatia has never been easier. Come to beautiful Pula and explore its breathtaking underwater world while learning how to become a safe diver in up to 18 meters depth. Not only you will discover the colorful marine wildlife, but you will also get to know our Stoja house reef, which is characterized for its underwater canyons, and Brijuni national park with its various scuba diving spots. Additionally, you are able to benefit from fast progress due to small groups of amaximum of 5 students. We will be learning the basics of scuba diving, which is why no prior experience is required. A little bit of curiosity about the unknown is all you need.

The SSI Open Water Diver qualifies you to: After completing this course, you will receive the SSI Open Water Diver certificate that allows you to go scuba diving anywhere in the world up to 18 meters together with a diving instructor. The SSI Open Water Diver often is the key to multiple adventurous trips underneath the water surface.

Programme Our SSI Open Water Diver course usually starts around 09:00 am directly at our dive center in Pula. The starting times may vary slightly, but you will be informed 1 day in advance. So please plan some extra time. Besides, you will be able to create an individual course schedule with your instructor on the first day. The same applies to the theory to be completed - at the beginning the further process is planned.

Course content The goal of this 3 - 4 day programme is to become a safe scuba diver with theoretical and practical knowledge. Besides the theory lessons, you will have to complete 4 training dives in shallow water and 4 open water dives in the wonderful Pula region. Personalized training together with in-water training will allow you to gain the skills you need.
