Adult Ski Lessons (from 15 y.) for First Timers- Sportgastein and Bad Gastein

We welcome all first timers, who have not stood on skis for more than 2 days, to our adult ski lessons in Sportgastein. In a small group of 4 to 8 like-minded people, we offer you the opportunity to learn the basics of winter sports with professional assistance.

Our beginner area, the Family Park GO!, is located in the middle of the ski area and offers you the perfect place to take your first skiing attempts in peace and quiet. Under the guidance of your qualified ski instructor, you will practice braking and turning in the snow plough and do coordination exercises before heading out onto the first blue slopes. In order for you to feel safe and well-prepared in all situations, we will also teach you the FIS slope rules.

A varied weekly program provides new challenges every day: among other things we do some synchronization and partner exercises, a photo shoot and race training. On Thursday, you can compete against the others in the ski race and show what you have learned in the course.

Meeting Time
The exact meeting location and time will be announced one day before the lessons start.

Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson. Please note that you also need a ski pass for the ski bus.
