On the snow front under the ESF flags
Philippe was kind & patient. My daughter’s skiing improved massively
Great experience, great teacher (Loulou) got me from a skier with no confidence to a skier tackling everything on the slopes by the end of the week!
excellent instructor!
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
Yes, the lessons are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. The groups are adapted to your skills, starting from the first snowplough.
The groups are small and organized by skill level to ensure everyone progresses at their own pace. There are five different level groups available.
The meeting point is on the Courchevel - Moriond snow front, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Your instructor will choose the most suitable itinerary for your group, with terrain ranging from blue runs to off-piste.
The main goal is to help you progress quickly, gain confidence and independence, and be able to explore the Courchevel and 3 Valleys ski area.
