Details
Our boat trip on the Auray river will take you to fishing villages and also let you discover the local fauna and flora! Throughout the trip, our captain will share with you all his knowledge about the ecosystem of this sublime river and the impressive monuments around. The stories will only be told in French.
From the Franklin quay, named after Benjamin Franklin who is said to have landed in Auray in 1776, we will board our boat and head south. On our way, we will come across the castle of Plessis-Kaër, as well as a multitude of bird species that will accompany us along the way. Then we continue our walk towards Le Bono, a picturesque fishing village, and pass under an Eiffel-type suspension bridge dating from 1840. Finally, after a 2-hour boat trip, we will return to the port of Saint-Goustan.
