Details
These kids ski lessons are ideal for all the kids from 6 to 14 years old who want to progress and discover the slopes of the popular ski resort of Serrada, in Trentino-Alto Alto Adige. The maximum number of participants per instructor is 8.
Our lessons are suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers and take place in the morning. On the first day, we will do an assessment of the skills of each skier and place the children into different groups. Throughout the week, beginners will learn the basics in the kids area with the help of the instructor, before skiing down their first slopes. They will learn how to use the magic carpet and the ski lifts, how to stop when skiing, how to get up and how to turn. More advanced skiers will learn and put into practice new techniques, such as parallel skiing or even carving.
On the last day, we organize a race for our little guests, to which parents and families are invited. All the kids will receive a certificate and a medal, as a reward for their achievements and as a memory of their winter holiday in Folgaria.
Meeting time
On the first day, we will meet at 9 am for the group allocation at the bottom of the magic carpet, near our blue flag. If you come by car, there are some paid car parks nearby. At the end of the lesson, you can pick up your kids at the starting point.
Lunch break
On Thursday, the lesson will end at 1:45 pm. All the kids and the instructor will have lunch in a restaurant close to the slopes, which will serve them a delicious lunch (lunch is included in the price, vegan and vegetarian options available). Please let us know if your kid has any food allergies or special dietary needs after completing the booking.
If you prefer to pick up the kid during the lunch break, please talk to the instructor on the same day to arrange the pick-up time.
From the 24/12 to the 08/01 and from the 18/02 to the 24/02 there will be no Thursday lunch break and the class will end at 12:45.
Ski pass
First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first lesson in the kids area. All other skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.
Good to know
- Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson. Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson. During our courses, we are always wearing a helmet.
- For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you to book early in advance due to the high demand
- Before heading to the meeting point, please come to the office of the ski school with your booking confirmation to do the check-in
