Kids Ski Lessons (5-12 y.) for Experienced Skiers - Folgaria - Costa

Our kids ski lessons in Folgaria are ideal for all the children from 5 to 12 years old who already tried skiing and would like to improve, but also for advanced skiers who want to have fun in this ski resort in Trentino - Alto Adige. To allow everyone to receive adequate support and attention, the maximum number of participants per instructor is 8.

During these ski lessons, your children will ski and have fun in a dynamic learning environment with other kids. On the first day, the instructor will assess each participant's abilities to make sure you will be learning with other skiers of the same level. Beginners will start practising in the kids area with different games, in order to brush up on their skills with the help of the ski instructor. During the week, they will learn how to control their speed and how to ski on more difficult slopes.

Experienced skiers will focus on more advanced techniques, learning how to carve properly and how to parallel ski. They will also learn how to do short turns and how to safely ski off-piste.

At the end of each week, we organize a race for our little guests. Parents and families are welcome to cheer for their kids and to look at them while they receive a certificate and a medal, which will be a reward as well as a lovely souvenir of their skiing holiday in Folgaria.

Meeting time
On the first day, we meet 30 minutes before the starting time at the chairlift close to the ski rental "Dosso", in front of the yellow flag with the school logo. If you come by car, there are a lot of free and paid car parks a few steps away. When you drop off your kid, our ski instructors will let you know where to pick them up after the lesson.

Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass or a ski ticket with points from the first day of the lessons. In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance at the ski lift ticket office.

Requirements
Be able to ski down blue slopes and have full control of the snow plough technique.

Good to know
- Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson. Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson. The use of helmets is mandatory
- The course only takes place with a minimum of 5 participants
