Boat Trip to Ithaca with Swimming at Gidaki Beach

Experience an unforgettable day at the legendary island of Odysseus during our boat trip to Ithaca. Take a stroll along the picturesque villages, swim in blue crystal waters of secluded bays and admire the beautiful green nature touching the sea. With two bars, comfortable seats as well as a diving platform and a water slide, our big motorboat provides all the luxury you need for a pleasant journey on board.

From Skala we cruise 20 minutes to our second possible meeting point in Poros. Once all passengers are on board, we head to the most beautiful beach of Ithaca called Gidaki Beach, where you can take a refreshing swim and lean back under the Greek sun. We go further until we reach Vathi, the capital of the island, which you can discover in your own pace during our 1 hour 30 minutes stop. Use the time to go around the island or to visit the archeological and folklore museum. Afterward, we spend 1 hour 45 minutes in Kioni, an ideal place for colourful and relaxed vacationing with traditional taverns to taste a real Greek lunch.

Before returning to Kefalonia, we pass Ai Gianni Cape and its impressive landscape filled with wild beauty. Finally, we arrive at our last stop of the day: Koutsoupia Beach or also known as Mini Myrtos for taking another swim. At the end of the trip, you can either disembark in Skala or Poros.

We meet at the boat of Captain Vangelis Special Cruises in front of Aegalis Apartements in Skala or at Levante Ferries in Poros 30 minutes before departure. If you arrive by car, there are free car parks nearby.
