We were lucky enough to take this boat tour in fantastic weather! The day before, it had been windy, but on the day of the tour, we had warm sunshine and almost calm conditions. The boat captain was super friendly, always in a good mood, and always open to a chat. He arrived on time at the agreed meeting point in Rijeka with two other guests, and we set off toward the picturesque island of Cres. The trip was incredibly relaxing: On the cabin deck, we could sunbathe, enjoy the sea, and the impressive view of the Kvarner Bay and the surrounding mountain ranges. A real highlight was the sighting of dolphins as we walked halfway to the old town of Beli, at a spot we had just passed by on the boat. Along the way, we stopped several times at secluded beaches that were only accessible by boat. Here, we were able to swim and cool off in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters. With our snorkeling equipment, we spotted some colorful fish, which made the experience even more unique. There was also fresh fruit, delicious drinks, and music, which created a great atmosphere on the way back. With only 10 guests on board, the group was just right—not too large, so it was relaxed and comfortable at all times. The entire trip was perfect: a friendly guide, beautiful nature, a great atmosphere, and plenty of space to enjoy. An unforgettable day that we highly recommend!
