Our boat trip from Saint-Jean-de-Luz to Fontarabie will offer you a guided tour along the Basque coast! Departing from the picturesque port of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, we will embark on a journey to explore the Bay of Loia, a hidden gem of the French coastline, accessible only by sea and overlooked by the Abbadia Castle, erected between 1864 and 1870. At its base, we'll marvel at the Rochers des deux Jumeaux, iconic sentinels that have withstood the ocean's assault.
Next, we'll head towards Fontarabie, marking the beginning of the Spanish coast. Fontarabie is home to one of the most important fishing ports on the Basque coast. Further along, we'll discover the Bay of Los Frailes and Amuitz Island, where the water is often clear and calm, ideal for a swim and snorkeling.
Continuing our excursion along the Jaizkibel massif, between Fontarabie and Pasaia, we'll encounter breathtaking landscapes that mark the beginning of the Pyrenees chain. Some coves can only be accessed by boat, offering a unique experience! We'll also observe the Paramoudras, rare sandstone rocks formed 45 million years ago. After crossing the fjord leading to the port of Pasaia, we'll make our way back to the port of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
