Meeting & Preparation We meet at the booked time at the Surfhouse in Softades Beach, 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find free parking spots next to the surf house. We introduce ourselves as a team and of course get to know you. Afterwards, you will get the equipment and a detailed safety briefing. Together we will go to the starting point of the course, which is conveniently located right next to our meeting point.

Course Content - Spot, environment and activity introduction - Setup, secure and pack down - Handling the wing on the beach - Self rescue - Row rules - Ride on knees - Ride standing - Pumping / getting on the hydrofoil - Ride upwind / downwind - Foot change - Tacks *You will learn and practice part or the full course depending on how many hours of lessons you will book.
